Once an order is approved and sent for production, no further changes or cancellations can be made.
Printoks is not responsible for errors in customer-provided artwork or text after approval.
Customers must ensure that any artwork, logo, or content provided does not infringe on copyright or trademark laws.
Printoks reserves the right to reject any design or content that is unlawful, offensive, or violates third-party rights.
All designs created by Printoks remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.
All prices displayed on our website or communicated via quotation are in INR (Indian Rupees) unless stated otherwise.

Full payment must be made before production unless otherwise agreed.
We accept payments through trusted and secure payment gateways.
Estimated delivery timelines are provided for reference and may vary due to printing complexity, material availability, or courier delays.
Printoks will make every effort to deliver on time but will not be held liable for delays beyond our control.
Risk passes to the customer upon dispatch or handover to the courier.
Product visuals (mockups, samples, or previews) are for illustration purposes only.
Actual product color, texture, or finish may slightly vary due to printing and material variations.
Orders cannot be cancelled once printing has started.
Refunds may be issued only in cases of proven printing defects or errors caused by Printoks.
To request a refund or replacement, customers must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product and provide photos or proof of the issue.
Any personal or order-related data shared with Printoks will be used only for internal processing and service delivery.

Printoks will not be liable for:
