At Printoks, we aim to provide high-quality printing and design services. Each order is custom-made based on your requirements, so refunds or returns are handled carefully according to the nature of the order.

Please read this policy to understand when refunds, reprints, or replacements may apply.


1. No Cancellation After Approval

  • Once a design is approved and sent for printing, no changes, cancellations, or refunds can be made.

  • Customers are responsible for reviewing all details — including text, colors, images, and layout — before final approval.


2. Refund or Reprint Eligibility

Refunds or reprints are only applicable in the following cases:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error on our part.

  • The printing differs significantly from the approved design (e.g., wrong content or orientation).

  • The product quality is substantially below industry standards due to a manufacturing issue.


3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds or reprints will not be issued for:

  • Errors in artwork or content provided by the customer (e.g., spelling mistakes, wrong files).

  • Slight color variations between digital proof and final printed product (these are normal in printing).

  • Delay caused by courier or delivery partners.

  • Products damaged due to mishandling after delivery.

  • Orders cancelled after design or printing work has begun.


4. Requesting a Refund or Reprint

If you believe there’s an issue with your order:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your product.

  2. Provide your order number, a clear description of the issue, and photographs showing the defect.

  3. Our team will review your request and respond within 2–4 business days.

If approved:

  • A reprint will be initiated, or

  • A partial or full refund will be issued to your original payment method (depending on the situation).


5. Return of Products

In most cases, printed products do not need to be returned.
If a return is required, our team will provide the return address and instructions. The customer must ship the items securely in their original packaging.


6. Refund Timeline

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after confirmation.
The actual time to reflect in your account may vary depending on your payment provider.


7. Third-Party Services

Printoks is not responsible for issues caused by third-party services (e.g., courier delays, payment gateway errors, or customer-provided design files from other platforms).
